At Cowan & Co. your percentage of compensation is determined by your level of achievement through continued education, service sales, retail opportunity, and technical skill. Movement into higher compensation levels is measured by the number of guests, retail opportunities, pre-book percentage, new guests requests, etc. Stylists who perform at or above level goals are rewarded with educational opportunities. Our commitment to follow through not only includes continued technical skill training, but business and social media education as well.
